Physical Examination

Students registering for Athletics must have their registration completed and have a current physical on file *before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts*. To ensure clearance for participation, all registration should be completed no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.

Per WIAA: Physicals completed on or after April 1, 2022 are valid for the 2023-2024 school year
